Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BagWorks Malaysia website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders and Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment
• We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• Balance payment due before delivery
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, cheque, or as agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Production and Delivery

• Standard lead time is 2-4 weeks from artwork approval
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• Delivery costs are additional unless otherwise stated
• Risk passes to buyer upon delivery

Artwork and Branding

• Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork
• Artwork approval is required before production begins
• Colour variations may occur due to printing processes
• Design services are available at additional cost

Quality and Returns

• We maintain strict quality control standards
• Manufacturing tolerances of +/- 5% apply to quantities
• Custom-printed items cannot be returned unless defective
• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they own or have rights to use all logos, designs, and artwork provided. We are not responsible for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from product use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
